Your Data Rights

Virgo Command is built on the principle that your data belongs to you. Under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:

Your Rights

Right of Access

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. In Virgo Command, go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export My Data to download everything instantly.

Right to Rectification

You can correct any inaccurate personal data at any time through your Profile settings or by editing records directly within any officer.

Right to Erasure

You can delete your account and all associated data. Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete Account. Deletion takes effect immediately and is permanent: your account, conversations, memories, and personal data are removed and cannot be recovered.

Right to Data Portability

You can export your data in machine-readable formats (JSON, CSV) at any time from Settings. Your data is yours to take wherever you go.

Right to Restrict Processing

You can ask us to limit how we process your data. Contact us and we will restrict processing to storage only while your request is reviewed.

Right to Object

You can object to processing of your personal data for specific purposes. We do not use your data for marketing or profiling, so this right primarily applies to analytics.

California Privacy: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). There is nothing to opt out of, because we never do it in the first place.

As a California resident you also have the right to know what we collect, to access and delete your data, to correct inaccuracies, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of them, use the tools in Settings > Data & Privacy, or email privacy@virgocommand.com and we will respond within 45 days.

How We Protect Your Data

AI and Your Data

Lily and the intelligent officers process your data to provide personalised assistance. Your data is never used to train external AI models. AI processing happens in real-time and is not stored beyond what you see in your conversation history, which you can delete at any time.

Consequential actions always require your approval. Lily prepares work — drafts, pending transactions, plans — but never sends a message, confirms a financial entry, or takes an irreversible step without your explicit confirmation. Read-only answers are instant; anything that changes your world waits for you.

Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first. Please contact us at privacy@virgocommand.com.
