1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Virgo Command ("the Service"), operated by Virgo Command Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Virgo Command is an AI-powered personal command centre that helps you organise and manage aspects of your life through intelligent officers coordinated by Lily, an AI chief of staff. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our written permission.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the AI systems.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Prices are adjusted for purchasing-power parity and displayed in your local currency.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.
• We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You can export or delete all your data at any time.
• Data stored in the Security Vault uses AES-256 encryption with zero-knowledge architecture.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions, analysis, and content. AI outputs are advisory only and should not be relied upon as professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or other specialist matters. You are responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Virgo Command Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virgo Command Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

12. Termination

• You may close your account at any time through Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
